A simple guide to logging in and getting started with your Online Resident Portaland staying connected with life at VASH.

To log in to your Owner Portal:

· Click the blue Owner Login button at the top of this website.

· Enter the email address you have on file with the association.

· Type in your password and select Log In.

FOR YOUR FIRST TIME LOGGING INTO THE PORTAL,

or if you do not remember your password, enter your email, then select the“Trouble signing in?” link and follow the instructions sent to your email.

What You Can Do in Your Portal

Your Portal is your central hub for requests, documents, and community information:

· Submit Architectural Request Forms (ARFs) including requests for heat pumps,basement bathrooms, deck awnings, and cable rails.

· Submit Grounds Requests for exterior or common-area needs.

· View association documents.

· Access the Owner Directory and community events.

The VASH Board now has a central email and phone number to help streamline communication and ensure your questions reach the right people quickly.

Please use these whenever you have general questions, concerns, or matters that need Board review outside of formal Requests.


To submit any Architectural Request Form (ARF) or Grounds Request:

  1. Log in and select “Requests” from the left navigation menu.
  2. Past requests can be viewed on this page anytime.
  3. Select “Create New Request” in the upper-right corner. (Please allow a moment for the form to load.)
  4. Title your request clearly, as you would an email.
  5. Choose the correct request type:
  6. Grounds
  7. Architectural Request (ARF)
  8. Heat Pump Installation
  9. Walkout Basement Bathroom Installation
  10. Deck Awning and/or Cable Rail Installations
  11. Complete the form and upload any needed documents.
  12. Select “Create” to submit and create your request.


  1. All email addresses in the Owner Directory are hidden by default for privacy.
  2. Owners can opt in and choose to display their email to their fellow residents by logging in and toggling “Show my email” on the Directory page - If you need help adjusting this setting, please contact the Board.
  3. The Directory is private to Owners and Residents
  4. The Directory also includes tabs for Current Board Members and all Committees
